Where Do Black Men Go to Feel Safe?

Every year, more and more men have been attending my events. Usually Black men so that they can create an inner joy bubble. This year I was invited to do a private workshop for Black Men Heal.

It was such a powerful experience for them and it made me wonder: Where do Black men go to feel safe? While we can enumerate the ways, Black men lose their cool in touch situations, why are there no proactive solutions in place? What if all you needed was to know that you are loved, valued, respected and appreciated and could create that within? The light of self-leadership begins with somatic movement and breathwork.
